Tell our scheduling team that you're requesting a Venous Leak Center virtual consultation and identify the state where you will be physically located during the visit.
2. Confirm eligibility
Our team checks physician licensing, appointment availability, clinical appropriateness, and applicable payment or insurance requirements.
3. Attend the televisit
If eligible, you'll receive eClinicalWorks telehealth instructions and a secure way to provide prior medical records.
4. Plan Tampa care if needed
Further examinations, diagnostic tests, or treatment may require an in-person visit. The physician will discuss appropriate next steps.
